A well established laboratory is set up to check the proper quality of the product as per the specifications of our customer and the following procedure is adopted : Tapes are tested for Strength, Denier and Elongation. Weaving checking with pick glass for Mesh etc. Strength of fabrics is checked per Loom per lot. Cutting of fabric in strict supervision by qualified supervisors to get accurate size and to avoid fraying while cutting. Proper marking of Valve size to have exact depth and length of the valve.
Checking of seam strength after stitching. Using of molded stereos and proper quality of ink to ensure good quality printing on the bags. With the concept of "creativity" generates "possibilities".
